The system’s reliability is supported by rigorous industrial manufacturing standards, including GB150-1998 Steel Pressure Vessels and JB/T4709-2000 Welding Specifications. The core impregnation tank, constructed from Q235B high-strength carbon steel, features an air-filling silicone rubber sealing ring to maintain structural integrity and airtightness under extreme conditions, including a working vacuum of -0.095Pa and internal pressure requirements.

 

To ensure process consistency, the ZJJ-1200 integrates a precise level transmitter and a fully automated control system. The resin storage tank is equipped with a multi-layer paddle agitator (25-36 rpm) and a 100mm cooling insulation layer filled with ethylene glycol solution. This configuration prevents resin sedimentation and maintains temperature stability, which is vital for the chemical properties of the insulation medium. Additionally, the hydraulic tank-opening system, integrated with safety interlocks, ensures both operational efficiency and industrial safety.
